All appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable booking deposit. The deposit is applied toward your session fee. Consultations may be held in person at the New York atelier or virtually, scheduled at your convenience through the booking page.

For event styling and creative direction projects, a signed agreement and project deposit are required an appointment. A detailed scope of work and timeline is provided before any commitments are made.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the booking deposit, though rescheduling is still welcome with a new deposit.

No-shows without notice are subject to full session forfeiture. I understand that life is unpredictable — if an emergency arises, please reach out directly and we will find a graceful solution.

Session fees are due at the time of booking. For larger projects, a payment schedule is outlined in your agreement — typically 50% upon commencement and 50% upon completion. All major credit cards and wire transfers are accepted.

Personal shopping and wardrobe acquisitions are billed separately. I do not markup retail prices; you receive every piece at its standard cost, with transparency on all transactions.

Discretion is fundamental to the Xirina experience. Information shared during consultations — including lifestyle details, preferences, and personal circumstances — is held in strict confidence and never shared with third parties.

Any images captured during styling sessions are used solely for internal reference unless explicit written consent is provided. Client identities are never disclosed without permission.

All retail purchases are subject to the return policies of the respective designers and boutiques. I assist with returns and exchanges when possible, though I cannot guarantee acceptance of worn or altered items.

Tailoring and alteration services are coordinated through trusted atelier partners. Turnaround times vary; rush alterations may incur additional fees. Fit satisfaction is a priority — we do not consider a piece complete until it wears like it was made for you.
