Melissa is the founder and creative director of Xirina — a New York atelier devoted to a quieter, more intentional kind of luxury.

As a graduate of the London College of Fashion, I spent my formative years inside the city's editorial ateliers — assisting on shoots, dressing collections, and learning that the most powerful wardrobes are never accidental.
Today, from my studio in New York, I work privately with a small roster of clients — women and men who understand that what they wear is the first sentence of every room they enter.
I built my approach to blend the discipline of classical tailoring with the emotion of contemporary creative direction: a Khaite coat, a Jacquemus moment, a single Row piece that quietly anchors a season.

London College of Fashion
Begins formal training in styling, fashion theory and creative direction.
2020
Editorial assistant
Works alongside London-based stylists on campaigns and editorial shoots.
2022
First private clients
Launches a private styling practice for a small circle of clients.
2024
Xirina, New York
Establishes the Xirina atelier in New York, opening to private clients by appointment.
